Every pair of shoes is protected by a limited warranty that remains valid for twelve months from the original purchase date. This warranty reflects our confidence in the quality of our materials, production methods, and overall workmanship. We strive to manufacture footwear that delivers dependable performance throughout everyday use, and this coverage is designed to provide additional peace of mind should a qualifying manufacturing defect become apparent during the warranty period. If an issue is reported within the applicable timeframe, our support team will examine the product carefully to determine whether the concern qualifies for repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution based on the conditions of the warranty.
This warranty is intended to address defects that originate during manufacturing rather than damage caused by regular use or outside influences. It applies only to problems that can reasonably be traced to production errors, material imperfections, or assembly faults affecting the normal function of the footwear. Our goal is to ensure that every customer receives products built to meet high standards of reliability, and this policy supports that commitment by providing assistance when genuine manufacturing issues are identified.
Manufacturing defects that may qualify under this warranty include problems affecting the structural integrity of the footwear, stitching quality, adhesive performance, or attached hardware. Components such as eyelets, lace loops, hooks, or fastening systems may be eligible for coverage if they fail during ordinary wear and the failure is determined to have resulted from a production defect rather than misuse or excessive force. Likewise, separation between the sole and upper, adhesive breakdown, or delamination may qualify if inspection indicates that the issue developed because of manufacturing inconsistencies instead of prolonged wear or environmental conditions.
Structural stitching is another area evaluated during the warranty process. If important seams begin to separate, unravel, or loosen unexpectedly during normal use shortly after purchase, the footwear may be considered for warranty service. This includes stitching found on upper materials, lining sections, reinforcement panels, decorative applications, or other essential construction areas. During the inspection, attention is given to determining whether the failure originated from the manufacturing process and whether the condition exceeds what would normally be expected from standard everyday use.
Although we stand behind the quality of our products, this warranty does not cover damage that develops through normal wear over time. Everyday signs of use such as worn tread, faded colors, natural creasing, compressed midsoles, light scuff marks, or cosmetic aging are expected as footwear is used and are not considered manufacturing defects. Minor scratches, surface abrasions, punctures, or other marks caused by daily activities are also regarded as ordinary wear and therefore are not eligible for warranty service.
The warranty also excludes damage resulting from activities that place unusual stress on the footwear or involve uses beyond its intended purpose. Shoes worn during skateboarding, cycling, construction work, extreme sports, or other demanding environments may experience accelerated deterioration due to repeated impact, friction, or heavy pressure. Since these conditions exceed normal everyday use, damage caused by such activities is generally not covered by the warranty.
Damage resulting from improper care or environmental exposure is also excluded from coverage. Problems caused by excessive moisture, complete water immersion, prolonged exposure to wet conditions, or harsh environmental elements are considered external damage rather than manufacturing defects. Likewise, cuts, tears, burns, punctures, abrasions from rough surfaces, or shrinkage caused by excessive heat are not covered. Placing footwear near heaters, fireplaces, clothes dryers, or other intense heat sources may weaken materials, deform components, or reduce adhesive strength, and such damage is regarded as preventable rather than the result of faulty workmanship.
Every warranty request is reviewed on an individual basis to ensure a fair and consistent decision. Our evaluation team considers the product’s overall condition, the reported problem, the expected pattern of use, and any available evidence before determining eligibility. If additional assessment is necessary, further inspection may be completed to distinguish between a manufacturing defect and wear that naturally occurs during normal use. Through this careful review process, we aim to provide a clear, dependable, and transparent warranty experience while maintaining high standards of product quality and customer support.
